1. Order Cancellations

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. All sales are final.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To request an exchange:

• You must provide an unboxing video showing the label and issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Once verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

4. Assistance

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us via our Support Page. Our team will guide you through the exchange process promptly.

5. Important Notes

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery. Lil Kotonz Inc. is not responsible for issues arising after this point, except in cases eligible for exchange as described above
