At Lil Kotonz Inc., we strive to deliver your kids’ clothing safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise. If shipping fees apply, the exact cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. Please note that delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Area

We currently only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it. To process a replacement, an unboxing video showing the label and damage must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or you experience any issues, please contact us via our Support Page. Our team will assist you promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

6. Important Notes

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery. Lil Kotonz Inc. is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
